I'm Otto Fischer, an IT Manager and Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. With 7+ years in enterprise software development and a track record of scaling teams and delivering mission-critical solutions, I bridge the gap between technical excellence and strategic business outcomes.
Beyond my corporate role, I co-founded Prisma Solutions in 2020, a technology consultancy that has grown to €1.5M+ in annual revenue.
Career
At MHP – A Porsche Company, I serve as IT Manager where I lead a team of 18 engineers on one of the organization's most strategically important projects and provide frontend leadership across a department of 160+ developers. I've conducted 150+ technical interviews, led a high-stakes migration that saved an estimated €20M, and consistently exceeded annual targets by 10-25%.
As CTO of Prisma Solutions, I've developed the technical strategy and led the company from a startup idea to an established consultancy. We've delivered 7 large-scale enterprise architectures and 50+ mid-sized projects across diverse industries.
My technical foundation spans the full stack: from Angular and TypeScript on the frontend to Java Spring Boot on the backend, all deployed on AWS with Terraform-managed infrastructure.
